Bahono provides professional interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • 3D visualization and rendering services
  • Project management and implementation oversight

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Bahono, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements
  • Grant necessary access to the property or space being designed
  • Respond to design proposals and communications in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals for design implementation
  • Inform us of any changes to project scope or requirements promptly

4. Payment Terms

Fee Structure

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. Generally:

  • An initial deposit is required to commence work (typically 30-50% of the total project fee)
  • Progress payments may be required at specified project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion or delivery of final designs
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Bahono remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project agreed upon. Bahono retains the right to use project images and designs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Changes

Our service agreements typically include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope will require a revised proposal and may affect timelines and costs.

7. Project Timelines

While we strive to meet all agreed deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including client delays in providing information or approvals, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of cancellation:

  • Clients remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Bahono will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment for services rendered

9. Limitation of Liability

Bahono provides design services and recommendations but is not responsible for:

  • Construction or installation work performed by third parties
  • Structural issues or building code compliance (unless specifically contracted)
  • Product defects or supplier failures
  • Costs arising from changes made to designs without our consultation

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all client information confidential. We will not share your personal information or project details with third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law.

11. Third-Party Products and Services

We may recommend third-party contractors, suppliers, or products. While we exercise care in our recommendations, we are not responsible for the quality, performance, or conduct of third parties. Contracts with third-party vendors are between you and those vendors.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Modifications to Terms

Bahono reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
